For over 60 years, Idahoan has been making Idaho® potatoes available and convenient to homes across the country. We start with real potatoes from local Idaho growers. Once our potatoes are harvested, we wash them, peel them, boil, and mash them—just like you do at home. We then simply remove the water and what's left are potatoes that you can prepare in just minutes.
